The
fan coil is also called the terminal equipment of the central air conditioner, which is mainly composed of low-noise motors and coils. The fan cools or heats the indoor air or outdoor mixed air through the surface cooler and sends it into the room to reduce or increase the indoor temperature to meet people's comfort requirements. However, there are many dust particles in the atmosphere. Under the action of long-term suction and return air, the aluminum fins of the fan are covered with dust and dirt. At this time, the heat exchange between the chilled water and the hot air is affected on the one hand, and the air temperature is affected. .
Today, let’s take a look at the
fan-coil cleaning method and common troubleshooting, and hope to help you.
After the
central air conditioner has been used for a period of time (usually 1-2 years), the aluminum fins of the fan must be cleaned. The fan motor and impeller must be disassembled in the process of cleaning the aluminum fins of the fan. You can also check whether the motor and capacitor are burned out. an examination. When cooling in summer, due to the large amount of condensed water, when it flows into the condensate drain pipe in the tray, it is easy to produce bacterial clusters and algae and block the condensate drain pipe. Therefore, the tray should be cleaned, sterilized and algae killed.
After cleaning the water collecting pan of the
fan coil, perform disinfection and sterilization and dredge the condensed water pipe. Regularly place the
fan coil disinfection and sterilization tablets on the fan coil water collecting tray to prevent the tube from being blocked due to the propagation of bacteria and algae. At the same time, the fan impeller, volute, motor and shaft of the
fan coil unit are removed and cleaned. After the fan coil is cleaned, the amount of ventilation is increased, the
central air-conditioning effect is good, the indoor air quality is good, the noise is reduced, the electricity bill is reduced, and the condensation is smooth.
Mainly includes maintenance, cleaning (descaling, sterilization, and algae removal of the fan coil surface cooler), maintenance of the fan coil and the air inlet and outlet. The specific cleaning process is as follows:
1. Cleaning, sterilization and disinfection of the return air filter
2. Sterilization and disinfection of the air supply system.
3. The fan-coil surface cooler is cleaned, descaled and sterilized with a special central air conditioning cleaning agent. Keep ventilation smooth.
4. Clean the dust of the coil fan impeller, volute and motor, and add oil to the motor shaft.
5. Remove sludge and debris from the water tray and filter, clean it, and keep the water flowing
6. The cleanliness of the air grille.
7. Check that the water pipes are connected firmly.
8. Check whether the insulation is good
9. Check if the valve is leaking
10. Do not install fluorescent lamp facilities under the fan coil
Cleaning plan
1. Remove the baffle of the return air outlet and the dust filter, and rinse the filter with a high-pressure water gun to make the filter not stained with mud and dust.
2. Correctly disassemble the fan roller and its impeller in front of the fan.
3. Check whether the fan motor, capacitor, etc. are burnt out. If normal, clean the impeller and roller shell with a brush.
4. Use fin water that does not corrode the aluminum fins, but can remove dust and dirt. Use a high-pressure cleaner to spray the fin water on the aluminum fins, let it act for 5 minutes, and then rinse the fins with a washing machine.
5. After the aluminum fins are cleaned (see 2-3 rows of small copper pipes in the fins), correctly install the fan motor and impeller in front of the fan coil to make them completely restored.
6. Clean the condensed water tray and add three sterilizing and algae-killing tablets.
7. Put the cleaned dust screen and baffle back in place.
8. Remove the Y-type filter of the fan coil for cleaning.
