Fan coil is usually used to adjust indoor air parameters for heating or cooling. As the terminal equipment of central air conditioning, the quality of fan coil determines the indoor air conditioning effect, and the construction technology and quality requirements of fan coil determine the indoor air conditioning effect.

Installation requirements of fan coil units

Measuring unreeling → hanger installation of fan coil unit → hanger fabrication, anticorrosion and installation of water supply and return pipes and condensate pipes → installation of fan coil unit → installation of return pipe → installation and insulation of air duct → insulation of water supply and return pipes and condensate pipes → distribution of fan coil units

Key points of construction technology:

1. Fan coil units, water supply and return pipes and condensate pipes shall be provided with supports and hangers independently. The form, hoisting elevation, tray inclination and condensate pipe slope of supports and hangers shall meet the design and use requirements. The slope of condensate drain pipe should be greater than or equal to 8‰ when there is no regulation in design.

2. The connection between fan coil unit and pipeline should adopt elastic or soft connection pipe (metal or non-metal hose), and its pressure resistance value should be greater than or equal to 1.5 times of working pressure, and the connection of hose should be firm without strong torsion and flat pipe.

3. The air supply bellows, air return bellows, air conditioning water supply pipes and condensate pipes shall be insulated. Heat insulation wooden supports shall be set between the hanger and the hanger.

4. The connection between fan coil unit and air supply pipe (box) and air return box shall be tight and reliable. To facilitate debugging and maintenance, communicate with the fine decoration unit to confirm the position of the maintenance opening.

Construction quality requirements:

1. Before the installation of fan coil units, check whether the fan shell and surface exchanger are damaged, corroded and other defects, and carry out single machine test run and hydraulic leak detection and sampling test, and make records.

2. The fan coil units shall be subjected to water pressure test one by one, and the test strength shall be 1.5 times of the working pressure. After constant pressure, observe for 2 ~ 3min, and it is qualified if there is no leakage.

3. Hanger fan coil unit installation must be smooth and firm, and the position is correct. The derrick should not swing freely, and the derrick should be fastened with double nuts when connected with the pallet.
