After the fan coil unit of central air conditioner has been used for a period of time (usually 1-2 years), it is necessary to clean the fan aluminum fins. In the process of cleaning the fan aluminum fins, the fan motor and impeller must be disassembled first, and whether the motor and capacitor are burnt out can be checked incidentally. When cooling in summer, because there is a lot of condensed water, when it flows into the condensed water drain pipe in the tray, it is easy to produce bacteria colony and algae, and block the condensed water drain pipe, so the tray should be cleaned, sterilized and algae-removed.

After cleaning the water collecting tray of the fan coil, carry out disinfection and sterilization and dredge the condensate pipe, and regularly place disinfection and sterilization sheets of the fan coil on the water collecting tray of the fan coil, which can prevent the pipe from being blocked due to the reproduction of bacteria and algae. At the same time, the fan impeller, volute, motor, shaft, etc. of fan coil unit are disassembled, washed and dusted. After the fan coil unit is cleaned, the ventilation rate increases, the central air conditioning effect is good, the indoor air quality is good, the noise is reduced, the electricity cost is reduced, and the condensed water is smooth.

It mainly includes maintenance, cleaning (descaling, sterilization, algae removal of fan coil surface cooler), and maintenance of fan coil and air inlet and outlet. The specific cleaning process is as follows:
1. Cleaning, sterilization and disinfection of air return filter screen
2. Sterilization of air supply system.
3. Fan coil surface cooler shall be cleaned, descaled and sterilized with special cleaning agent for central air conditioning. Keep ventilation smooth.
4. Clean the dust accumulated in the impeller, volute and motor of the coil fan, and refuel the motor shaft.
5, docking water tray, filter to remove sludge, sundry, clean, keep the water flowing smoothly
6, in and out of the wind grid clean sanitation
7, check the water pipe connection is firm
8, check whether the insulation is in good condition
9, check whether the valve leaks
10. Do not install fluorescent lamp facilities under fan coil units.

Cleaning scheme
1. Disassemble the baffle of the air return outlet and the dust-proof filter screen, and flush the filter screen with a high-pressure water gun, so that the filter screen is free from dirt and dust.
2. Remove the fan roller and its impeller in front of the fan correctly.
3. Check whether the fan motor and capacitor are burnt out. If normal, clean the impeller and roller shell with a brush.
4. SDP-01 fin water, which is non-corrosive to aluminum fins but can remove dust and dirt, is used to spray the fin water on the aluminum fins with a high-pressure cleaning machine, and then the fins are washed with the cleaning machine.
5. After the aluminum fins are cleaned (it can be seen that there are 2-3 rows of small copper tubes in the fins), correctly install the fan motor and impeller in front of the fan coil unit, so that it can be completely restored.
6. Clean the condensed water tray, and add three sterilization and algaecide tablets.
7. Put the cleaned dust screen and baffle back in place.
8. Disassemble Y filter of fan coil unit and clean it.

Description: Open the screw cap of Y filter, connect water with a container, and take out the filter screen. Open the outlet valve of chilled water, use backwater pressure to backwash the dirt of the cooling coil until clear water comes out, then close the outlet valve, install the cleaned filter screen, and close the screw cover.
