Project information:

Hotel, total air-conditioning area: 6000 m2, of which, the hotel part is 2000m2, the guest room part is 4000m2, and the hot water consumption is 40t per day.

Customer requirements:

Fan coil units are used for cooling and heating, which requires indoor temperature to reach 26℃ in summer and 20℃ in winter. Air conditioning and hot water should be met at the same time.

Host selection:

There are several difficulties in this project: first, the heating or cooling time between hotel and guest room is not uniform, and the cooling and heating requirements are different; Second, a large amount of domestic hot water is needed at the same time; Third, the hotel is open 24 hours a day, and the crew can't stop; Fourth, the insulation and lighting of the room are not very good. In order to solve these problems, after many hypothesis verifications, we finally gave the solution design scheme: we adopted 9 Yuexin 62.5kw air source air supply enthalpy-increasing heat pump units, 1 Yuexin 62.5kw air source air supply enthalpy-increasing triple heat pump unit, and 2 hot water insulation water tanks with 10 tons. The waterway of the unit adopts the same process design and installation and centralized control management, which ensures that the normal use of other equipment will not be affected when a single unit fails, thus ensuring the continuity of heating or cooling; According to the demand of indoor load, design automatic starting or stopping of some host equipment, and then reduce the operation cost; Matching the total heat recovery triple heat pump unit equipment, domestic hot water can be produced free of charge while refrigerating, and the comprehensive energy efficiency ratio can reach above 7.0.

Operating expenses:

This project will be completed by the end of 2019 and delivered to Party A for heating test. The results show that the total input power of the unit is 146.8KW, the total flow rate is 80m3/h, the outlet water temperature is 41℃, the temperature difference between inlet and outlet water is 4℃, the total heating capacity is 372.16KW, and the energy efficiency ratio is 372.16/146.8=2.54.

After a 135-day heating test in winter, the total electricity consumption of this project is 158,544 degrees, the electricity price is 0.11USD/ degree, and the total electricity cost is 16543.6USD (including the electricity cost for preparing domestic hot water). The average heating for four and a half months is equivalent to 3.7USD per square meter, and the average indoor temperature reaches 23-25℃. If local heating is used, the heating cost is 6,000 square meters *5.1USD/ square meter = 30,600 USD, and the actual saving after using Yuexin heat pump for heating and preparing domestic hot water is 30,600-16,543.6 = 14,056.4 USD.

Performance characteristics:

The main engine has multi-level anti-freezing protection control function, and automatically runs anti-freezing protection program according to changes of outdoor environment temperature and inlet and outlet water temperature, so that the equipment is safer to use.

Total heat recovery technology, through the optimized refrigerant circulation system design, recovers the condensation heat generated during air conditioning refrigeration, heats domestic hot water, realizes the utilization of waste heat, and reduces the emission of condensation heat to the environment. Total heat recovery technology has high thermal efficiency, and its comprehensive energy efficiency is over 750%. It has high economic benefits and can greatly reduce the comprehensive energy cost.

Using fuzzy control defrosting technology, the heating time of the unit is prolonged, the defrosting time is shortened, the water supply temperature is recovered quickly, and the heating efficiency of the unit is improved and the room comfort is maintained.
