Ultra-thin vertical open-mounted fan coil has the advantages of high pipe efficiency, sufficient energy, large air volume, low noise, safety, reliability and long service life. 1. Ultra-thin vertical open-mounted fan coil units shall be installed by professionals skilled in such products and relevant local regulations. 2. In order to eliminate the possible accidents in handling ultra-thin vertical open-mounted fan coil units, the unit coil units shall be inspected for leakage (1.0Mpa) before installation. 3. Before installing the ultra-thin vertical open-mounted fan coil unit, first check whether the preparatory work is ready, such as air duct, water pipe, wire interface and unit fixing screw, etc. 4. The ultra-thin vertical open-mounted fan coil is installed on the horizontal ground; For hoisting horizontal units, it is recommended that customers fix them with 6-8MM diameter full threaded screws, flat washers, spring washers and nuts. The hoisting of units should be kept firm, and the hoisting points should be fastened and have enough strength to bear the running weight and vibration of units during operation. When hoisting units, it should be ensured that the slope of water tray is above 5 to drain pipe, so as to facilitate the outflow of condensed water. 5. When installing the ultra-thin vertical open-mounted fan coil unit, it is recommended to use flexible nozzle and raw tape to seal the connection between the water pipe and the unit. When connecting the pipes, do not use too much force, and the torque should not exceed 205.6N.M to avoid twisting crack and water leakage. 6. The water filter should be installed on the water inlet pipe of the ultra-thin vertical open-mounted fan coil unit to avoid the dirt blocking the coil; The unit inlet water should be softened to ensure the heat exchange efficiency of the coil. 7. The water inlet and outlet pipes of ultra-thin vertical open-mounted fan coil units should be equipped with valves, which can cut off the water source when adjusting the water flow and overhauling; Pipes should be pre-insulated to avoid leakage of condensed water. 8. Filters should be installed at the inlet of chilled water pump to avoid the coil being blocked by stolen goods. 9. For units without air filters, please install a filter screen at the air return port to prevent dust from blocking the coil fins and ensure the heat exchange effect. 10. Before wiring, please check whether the voltage, frequency and phase number of the power supply are consistent with the requirements of the unit, and the deviation of the power supply voltage shall not exceed 10% of the rated voltage. The connection between power supply and switch shall be strictly in accordance with the electrical schematic diagram, and the grounding wire shall be reliably connected. Installation of ultra-thin vertical surface-mounted units: fix the units on the ground. Pay attention to adjusting the level, so that the drainage direction of the water tray forms an inclination angle of about 5, so as to facilitate drainage. Enough space is reserved on both sides of the unit for connecting the water pipes and power lines of the unit. When cleaning or replacing the filter, push the filter upward for about 10mm, and then pull the filter horizontally downward in the direction of the back air outlet.
