Importance of timely maintenance of fan coil units

Fan coil units are generally installed in central air-conditioned rooms, and the working condition of fan coil units will be related to the noise level and air index in the room. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job in the daily maintenance of key components such as filter screen, water leakage tray, fan coil unit and centrifugal fan, so that all the fan coil units can function normally and better, without causing adverse effects.

The fan coil is responsible for transferring the cold heat of the hot water pipe to the gas passing through the fan coil. In order to ensure efficient heat transfer, the surface of fan coil must be kept as smooth as possible. However, because the fan coil units are generally equipped with coarse filters, and the holes are relatively large, it is inevitable that smoke and dust will pass through the filter device and adhere to the pipe or surface layer of the fan coil units at the beginning of application.

If it is not cleaned immediately, the heat exchanger between the hot water pipe in the fan coil and the gas lost by the fan coil will be less, so that the heat transfer efficiency of the fan coil can not be fully utilized. If there are a lot of adhered smoke and dust, and even some gas safety passages between the sheets are blocked, the exhaust air volume of the fan coil unit will be reduced, which will further reduce its central air conditioning characteristics.
