3) The inlet and outlet pipes of fan coil units should be equipped with insulation houses to avoid condensation water when used in summer.
4) The drain hose of condensate tray of fan coil unit shall not be flattened or bent to ensure smooth discharge of condensate.
5) During installation, the fins and elbows of the heat exchanger shall be well protected and shall not collapse or leak.
6) When installing horizontal units, derrick and expansion bolts should be selected reasonably.
7) When installing the inlet and outlet pipes of the horizontal open-mounted fan coil unit, the inlet and outlet pipes can be connected out of the unit on the ground first, and then connected with the pipes after hoisting; Or, after hoisting, take off the panel and condensate tray, connect them again, and then keep the water pipe warm to prevent condensate.
8) When the inlet and outlet pipes of the vertical open-mounted fan coil unit are installed, the tuyere panel of the fan coil unit can be removed for installation; And the water pipe shall be insulated to prevent the generation of condensed water.
9) The return pipe of the fan coil unit is equipped with a manual air release valve, which should be opened before operation, and then closed after the air in the fan coil unit and pipeline is exhausted.
10) Prepare grounding bolts on the shell of fan coil unit for connection with protective grounding system during installation.
11) the rated voltage of the fan coil unit power supply is (220 220x10%) v, 50Hz, and the line connection shall be in accordance with the "electrical connection circuit diagram" provided by the manufacturer, and the color of the connection wire shall be consistent with the wiring board.
12) Because the sizes of air inlets and outlets of fan coil air conditioners produced by different manufacturers are different, attention should be paid not to make mistakes when making return air grilles and air outlets.
13) The control panel of the fan coil unit with temperature controller shall be provided with a switch between winter and summer, which shall be placed in summer when used in summer and in winter when used in winter.
14) During installation, the thermal insulation materials of fan coil units shall not be damaged, and those that fall off shall be re-glued. At the same time, the joints with air supply pipes and tuyeres shall be tightly connected.
