Open a new energy mode-centralized heating with two-stage high-temperature heat pump in Russian residential quarters

Global heating urgently needs a clean and energy-saving heating method. As a renewable energy source, low-temperature air-source heat pump is an efficient, energy-saving and pollution-free heat source, which has been widely used in northern China. However, the application of low temperature air source heat pump in low temperature environment and high water temperature conditions has some problems, such as large suction volume, lower suction pressure, higher pressure ratio, too high exhaust temperature and so on.

In view of the limitations of low-temperature air-source heat pump in low ambient temperature and high water temperature, Yuexin Company studied the use of air-source two-stage high-temperature heat pump units to broaden the operating range of air-source heat pump, improve the heating outlet temperature of air-source heat pump, and achieve the purpose of high temperature and high efficiency, thus achieving energy conservation and emission reduction.

Project overview

A residential district in Russia has a heating area of 11000m2, which belongs to a non-energy-saving building. The original heating source is coal-fired boiler, and the heating ends are all radiators. The waterway system is a typical single-pipe central heating system. Because of its long age, the heat preservation effect is poor, the main pipe diameter of water supply and return is small, the pipe distance is long and it is exposed outdoors. Although there are heat preservation measures, the heat leakage is still considerable. Compared with the original coal-fired boiler system, the temperature of water supply and return is 75℃/50℃. According to the low-temperature air-source heat pump system, if the design temperature of supply and return water is 50℃/40℃, the heating temperature difference is insufficient and the pipe diameter is small, which makes it difficult to meet the system design of low-temperature air-source heat pump system with small temperature difference and large flow rate, and the heating effect is difficult to guarantee. However, the appearance of Yuexin two-stage high-temperature heat pump unit perfectly solves these problems.

Project site

Yuexin two-stage high temperature heat pump unit is composed of two separate refrigerant systems, which are called the first stage (low temperature stage) and the second stage (high temperature stage). According to the particularity of the two-stage high-temperature heat pump unit and professional design experience of the heat pump system, Yuexin skillfully utilized the properties and performance characteristics of different refrigerants. The first stage (low-temperature stage) used R410a environmental protection refrigerant, and applied its excellent evaporation performance at low ambient temperature with the unique design concept of quasi-two-stage compression, so that the low-temperature stage system still had excellent evaporation capacity at extremely low ambient temperature (-30℃), and the low-grade heat energy absorbed from the environment was transferred to the high-temperature stage system through the condensing evaporator. The second stage (high temperature stage) uses R134a environment-friendly refrigerant, which uses its physical properties of high condensation temperature and low system pressure, and keeps the compressor at a proper pressure ratio through the coupling of the condenser and evaporator, thus meeting the requirements of reducing evaporation temperature and increasing condensation temperature, thus stably obtaining the Takaizumi temperature (the highest outlet water temperature is 80℃) at a lower ambient temperature.

Equipment selection

According to the parameters of Yuexin 63kw two-stage high-temperature heat pump unit, the heating capacity is 80.0KW and the input power is 35.18KW under the conditions of outdoor dry bulb temperature of -7℃ and supply and return water temperature of 65℃/60℃

In a certain district of Russia, the heating area is 11,000 square meters, and the heat load is 666KW. It is necessary to configure 9 sets of Yuexin 63kw two-stage high temperature heat pump units;
