Screw chillers can be divided into water-cooled screw chillers and air-cooled screw chillers according to different heat dissipation methods. Water-cooled screw chillers are mainly composed of compressors, evaporators, condensers, refrigeration accessories and electric control systems. When enterprises purchase water-cooled screw chillers for installation, they must purchase auxiliary equipment for heat exchange to provide circulating cooling water for water-cooled screw chillers. Auxiliary equipment includes: cooling water tower, circulating water pump and double-layer stainless steel insulated water tank. Air cooled screw chiller configuration is the same as water-cooled screw chillers, but the condenser type is different. It uses a fan to dissipate heat, so it uses a finned condenser to continuously exchange heat with air. Therefore, air cooled screw chiller does not need a cooling water tower, but needs a circulating water pump and a double-layer stainless steel insulated water tank. Screw chillers are divided into industrial screw chillers, medium temperature screw chillers and low temperature screw chillers according to the water supply temperature range.
1. industrial screw chillers
It can provide chilled water at 5 ~ 15℃, or use ethylene glycol solution as cooling medium, and can provide process chilled water solution at-5 ~+5℃, which can be used as process cold source required by ice storage, low temperature air supply, central air conditioning and other production processes. At the same time, according to the requirements of users, I can make special design for the unit, and can provide water chillers with large temperature difference (the temperature difference between inlet and outlet water is 8 ~ 15℃). Or higher than the water temperature unit (water temperature 15℃ ~ 25℃). The refrigerating capacity is 94KW-3360KW.
2. Medium temperature screw chillers
The outlet water temperature is-5℃ ~-45℃, and imported semi-closed screw compressor unit (with economizer) is adopted; It can provide ethylene glycol solution or saline solution at-5℃ ~-45℃. It can be used as a cold source for chemical industry, medicine, cold storage, ice rink and other processes. The refrigerating capacity is 55KW-2000KW.

The effluent temperature is-45℃ ~-110℃, which can provide chilled water of alcohol or calcium chloride aqueous solution at-45℃ ~-110℃; Adopt binary cascade or ternary cascade screw refrigeration system. High energy efficiency ratio and stable operation. At the same time, special industrial screw chillers of ultra-low temperature type, anticorrosion type and explosion-proof type can be designed according to the use requirements, which can meet the requirements of various industries for process cold sources.
