II. Project Introduction
Main construction scale of the project: it covers an area of 8,000 square meters, with 24 high-standard breeding sheds and modern breeding equipment, with an annual slaughter of 12 million broilers. In the project construction, the comprehensive utilization of resources was taken into account, and the organic waste water produced by the shed was cleaned.
It can be treated and absorbed by means of pond fish culture and lotus root planting to avoid pollution, and at the same time, the surplus organic matter is comprehensively utilized to realize the purpose of turning waste into wealth. The manure produced in the process can be guaranteed not to fall to the ground in the whole process based on the application of automatic manure discharge device. In addition, the introduction of ecological organic fertilizer production technology can achieve the goal of recycling manure.
There are 24 sheds in the plant area of the project, of which the heating area is nearly 36,000 square meters. The series of low-temperature air source heat pumps and special compressors for ultra-low temperature and high-efficiency heat pumps are used to heat at-25℃ and produce water at 50℃.

III. Engineering design
The temperature required by commercial broiler process changes with time, and there is a big difference between the highest temperature and the lowest temperature, that is, the indoor heat load changes greatly. When the temperature of chicks was nearly 35℃ when they first entered the shed, the daily temperature decreased a little by about 0.2-0.5℃, and so on, and it reached about 23℃ in the second week, and then remained basically unchanged.

IV. Engineering Configuration
The heating equipment adopts the mode of low temperature air source heat pump+fan coil unit, with 28 hosts. The change of the whole indoor temperature is controlled by full automation, which can keep the air flowing and effectively reduce the heat loss without manual adjustment.
