However, sometimes fan coil unit always fails to meet the ideal requirements, either the cooling speed is too slow or the cooling degree cannot reach the corresponding setting. What are the reasons for this?  What factors affect the temperature of fan coil units?
One of the biggest differences between fan coil units and traditional air conditioners is the design of supply and return water of fan coil units in addition to the changes in external forms we see. Moreover, this is also a very important link in the installation of fan coil units. According to different application scenarios, supply and return water of fan coil units will have different designs.

It can also be said that the design of supply and return water will directly affect the temperature regulation of fan coil units.
1. The design of supply and return water mainly includes water quantity, temperature difference between supply and return water, etc. If the supply and return water is not sufficient and the water quantity is insufficient, we can understand that the energy carrier is missing and the carrier is missing. If you think about it, the energy transferred is naturally halved, so the cooling speed of fan coil unit will slow down, and if it is serious, the cooling temperature will not meet the corresponding requirements.
2. The temperature of the supply and return water of the fan coil unit also determines the temperature of the fan coil unit. The greater the difference between the temperature of the supply and return water, the greater the reduction in cooling capacity of the fan coil unit, and the dehumidification capacity will also be greatly reduced, mainly because the temperature difference in heat exchange with the air will become smaller after the water supply temperature rises, and the corresponding cooling capacity and dehumidification capacity will become smaller.
3. The fan coil unit air volume is constant, the water supply temperature is constant, and the refrigerating capacity changes with the water supply quantity when the water supply quantity changes. According to the performance statistics of some fan coil unit products, when the water supply temperature is 7℃ and the water supply quantity is reduced to 80%, the refrigerating capacity is about 92% of the original, indicating that the influence on the refrigerating capacity is relatively slow when the water supply quantity changes.
4. When the fan coil unit air volume is affected, the cooling effect will also be affected. Inadequate air supply volume and slow air supply speed will all result in slow cooling speed. Therefore, the best way to avoid poor cooling caused by air supply is to clean the fan coil unit air outlet and filter screen every 3 to 5 days. Attention should also be paid to the fact that there are no obstructions at the outlet of the fan coil unit, let alone the design of lamp belts.

All these factors will have a great impact on the temperature of fan coil units, some of which are caused in the later period, and some of which are design problems in the early period, each of which cannot be ignored.
