General technical requirements for installation of horizontal concealed fan coil units for central air conditioning.
1. The appearance inspection, three-speed operation and water pressure test of the fan coil unit of central air conditioner shall be carried out before the horizontal concealed installation of fan coil unit.
2. Hose connection shall be adopted when connecting pipelines with horizontal concealed fan coil units of central air conditioner.
3. Central air conditioning horizontal concealed fan coil supply and return valves, filters should be installed near the coil, and all above the condensate pan.
4. When the central air conditioning fan coil unit is hoisted in horizontal concealed installation, the hoisting shall be firm and in the correct position, with a slope of 0.003 to the outlet of the condensate pan, and the joint between the hanger rod and the fan coil unit shall be fastened with double nuts. Movable inspection doors shall be reserved for concealed fan coil ceiling to facilitate unit and maintenance.
5. Central air conditioning fan coil unit horizontal concealed installation and supply and return water pipe connection operation should use special tools, prevent the coil interface, condensate pan and condensate pipe connection should use 200mm long plastic hose and special pipe clamp clamping.
6. Central air conditioning horizontal concealed fan coil unit should be connected to the pipeline after flushing, in order to prevent the coil blockage; If filters are installed, they should be removed and washed after system commissioning before delivery.
