Make clear the type, specification, tuyere position and other requirements of the unit selected by the fan coil unit.

1) When selecting fan coil unit, the design preheating load is matched with the sensible heat load of the unit. In most cases, the coil has enough latent heat capacity to meet the design requirements. If outdoor air is used, trim accordingly.

2) Heating: The heating capacity of the unit usually selected according to refrigeration is sufficient, and the heat return quantity is selected according to the same water flow rate, i.e. the inlet water temperature is used to meet the indoor heating load.

3) Refrigeration: indoor preheating refrigeration load, indoor total thermal refrigeration load, inlet air temperature, inlet water temperature and air volume.

Determine the fan coil unit specifications, water volume, required water temperature, pressure drop and other parameters

1) Make clear whether the bearing of the fan motor uses an oil-containing or oil-free shaft pump. If an oil-free shaft pump is selected, oil shall be added regularly according to regulations during use.

2) Make clear the left or right outlet direction of the water connection pipe of the selected unit (related to pipe layout, etc.).

3) The inlet cold water temperature of fan coil unit shall not be lower than 5℃, otherwise it may cause condensation of the unit; When hot water is supplied in winter, the water temperature is generally not more than 60℃, can reduce scaling ，the alternating effect of cold and heat can reduce the expansion force of the expansion pipe., thus affecting heat transfer.

4) Pay attention to the heat preservation measures of effluent to avoid condensation and fouling of indoor buildings during summer use.

5) The highest part of the unit coil is provided with a vent valve.
