I.Classification of fan coil units
1. Horizontal concealed fan coil unit:
It is suitable for places with relatively high decoration grade and for initial installation, but it is not suitable after the decoration is completed, because it is a concealed project, which is usually used in central air-conditioning projects.

2. Cassette fan coil unit:
Cassette fan coil has ABS panel, while ordinary fan coil is only galvanized on its surface, which is mainly beautiful in appearance and contains sound-absorbing sponge. It has low noise and does not need other accessories, such as air outlet and metal hose. Because its air distribution is limited, the installed floor height is generally no more than 3.5 meters, otherwise it will cause short circuit of space. In addition, it has its own panel and condensate lift pump.

3. Vertical exposed fan coil unit:
Its advantages are that it can directly replace radiator, and it is quick in effect and small in size. It is suitable for places that have been decorated or not decorated, and its flexibility is better than that of vertical open-air fan.

4. ceiling and suspending fan coil unit:
Including suspended ceiling type and vertical type, they can be hung on the top or stand on the ground, which is beautiful in appearance and suitable for places with high decoration grade, such as some completed commercial places, restaurants and so on.

5. Cabinet flooring standing fan coil unit:
It is also commonly known as water air conditioning in northern China. The range and air volume are higher than those of the vertical open-air fan. The air supply distance is generally more than 5 meters, and the air volume can be sent to 1,000 to 2,000 cubic meters. It is suitable for large space places with low decoration requirements, such as restaurants, conference rooms, living rooms and so on.


6. High static pressure fan coil unit with Jet:
Generally, coils with high static pressure are used, so the outlet air speed is relatively large, and the air supply distance is relatively long. If it is normal, there is no problem when it is 10 to 15 meters. Workshops, canteens, exhibition halls, etc. that span within 40 meters can directly use two jet fans.

7. Four-pipe fan coi:
Four-pipe fan coil has two sets of water pipes connected with cold water and hot water respectively, that is, refrigeration and heating can be switched at any time all year round, which can realize heating in part of space and cooling in part of room, so its standard is high and its cost is naturally high.
II.The common fault of the fan coil unit
Failure treatment of air conditioner without refrigeration.
1. Open the exhaust valve of coil fan and check whether the circulating water temperature of the system is normal.
2. Check whether the two-way valve is normally opened, if not.                                          3. Check whether the filter screen of pipeline Y filter is blocked.
4, check whether the import and export temperature difference is normal, check whether the doors and windows are closed; Check whether there is dust on the air inlet filter screen and whether the fan speed is normal.
Treatment of water leakage in air conditioner.
1. Check the water leakage point to see if it is leaking or condensed water produced by itself.
2. Poor drainage: Check whether the mop pan is blocked and whether the slope is reasonable.
