First, the working principle of air energy heat pump
In nature, water always flows from high to low, and heat always transfers from high temperature to low temperature. However, people can use water pumps to lift water from low to high, so as to realize the flow of water from low to high. Heat pumps can also transfer heat from low temperature to high temperature. Therefore, heat pumps are essentially a kind of heat lifting device. The function of heat pumps is to absorb heat from the surrounding environment and transfer it to heated objects. Mechanical devices that can transform heat from low temperature to high temperature are called "heat pumps".
 
Air source heat pump = heating in winter+cooling in summer (meeting the requirements of both working conditions in winter and summer). Other heating equipment can only heat in winter, and air conditioning equipment needs to be installed in summer cooling.
Air source heat pump uses one part of electric energy, and obtains more than two parts of free air energy from outdoor air at the same time, which can produce more than three parts of heat energy, and is efficient and environmentally friendly.
 
The four components of air source heat pump include evaporator, compressor, condenser and expansion valve. By letting "refrigerant" (R22, R410A, etc.) continuously complete the thermodynamic cycle of evaporation (absorbing heat in the environment) → compression → condensation (releasing heat) → throttling → re-evaporation, the heat in the environment is transferred to the medium (water).
Second, the air source heat pump maintenance inspection
daily inspection
1. Check whether the buttons of the wire controller are sensitive and whether there is display failure.
2. Check the temperature parameters, switch status and load output.
3. Check whether the voltage is normal.
4. Check whether the water inside the pipeline is drained before use, check whether there is water leakage in the pipeline after secondary water inflow, and whether each valve is in normal open state.
5. Check whether the water pressure is normal, listen to whether there is abnormal sound when each load starts, and check whether the current is consistent with the nameplate mark after running smoothly.
6. Check whether the parameters are in the normal range after operation.

Maintenance of main structural components
1. Disassemble the junction box, check whether the terminals are in contact with fastening and whether there is any sign of rusting and blackening, and check whether the resistances between the three-phase windings are the same.
2. Check whether the fins are dirty and blocked, and clean them in time.
Maintenance of main electrical components
1. General inspection for air opening, AC contactor and relay: whether the connection terminals are fastened, rusted and blackened, close the switch, and check whether the input and output of each phase of electrical terminals are connected; Ac contactor and relay shall check whether the coil is sensitive to make and break, and pull in completely.
2. Capacitance: Check whether there is bulge or oil leakage.
3. Motherboard: Check whether the power lamp is on, whether the fuse is blown or not, and whether there are black marks on the board surface.
4. Wire controller: Check whether the buttons are sensitive, whether the interface is incomplete, and whether the temperature can be set
5. Transformer: Check whether the primary voltage and secondary voltage are consistent with the nameplate.
Maintenance of main waterway components
1. Water replenishing device: Check whether the water replenishing pressure is more than 2 kg and the check valve is stuck.
2. Filter device: Check whether the filter is dirty and blocked, and clean it regularly
3. Exhaust device: Check whether it can exhaust normally. If it is abnormal, disassemble and clean the filter screen inside.
4. Water pump device: Check whether it is running smoothly, rotating in the right direction, locked and idling.
