General fan coil unit technical requirements for installation :

1. Before installation, the fan coil unit shall be inspected for appearance inspection, three-speed operation and hydraulic test.

2. Hose connection shall be adopted when connecting pipelines with fan coil units.

3. The supply and return valves and filters of fan coil unit shall be installed close to the coil and all above the condensate pan.

4, fan coil hoisting, hoisting should be firm, the position is correct, and there is a slope of 0.003 slope to the outlet of the condensate pan, derrick and coil joint application of double nut fastening. Movable inspection doors shall be reserved for concealed coil suspended ceiling to facilitate unit and maintenance.

5, fan coil and supply and return water pipe connection operation should use special tools, prevent the coil interface, condensate pan and condensate pipe connection should use 200mm long plastic hose and special pipe clamp clamping.

6, fan coil unit should be connected to the pipeline after flushing, in order to prevent coil blockage; If filters are installed, they should be removed and washed after system commissioning before delivery.
