The water inlet / outlet of the unit and the water supply and return pipes of the water system must be connected flexibly to prevent the vibration from the unit to the building. Repair and maintenance: 1. The installation position shall be convenient for debugging and maintenance, and maintenance clearance shall be reserved. 2. Y-type filter is installed at the water inlet of the main engine to prevent welding slag or impurities from damaging the equipment. The installation and maintenance space around the water tank should be greater than 600mm. Installation foundation and insulation requirements: 1. A horizontal foundation with a height of more than 100 mm must be built. The foundation needs a horizontal surface, and the foundation plane should not have ponding. 2. The heat preservation water tank shall be provided with dense and good thermal insulation materials, and the outdoor insulation thickness shall be at least 50 mm to ensure good heat preservation of water tank. Water pump installation: 1. The specification, model and technical parameters of water pump shall meet the design requirements and product performance indexes. 2. The shock absorber and the water pump foundation are connected firmly, stably and closely. 3. There should be no abnormal vibration and sound when the water pump is running, no leakage at the sealing part of the shell, no loosening of the fastening connection part, and normal temperature rise of the shaft seal; Installation of pipes and accessories: 1. The pipeline installation should be horizontal and vertical, and the pipeline layout should be reasonable to reduce bending and water system resistance. 2. High quality insulation materials should be selected for pipeline insulation to ensure that there is not much heat exchange between the pipeline and the outside world. 3. For flange connected pipes, the flange surface shall be vertical to the pipeline center line and concentric. The flange butt joint should be parallel; the length of connecting bolts should be consistent, and the nuts should be tightened evenly on the same side. The bolt shall not be lower than the nut plane after tightening. The specification, variety and thickness of flange gasket shall meet the design requirements. 4. The installation position, height, inlet and outlet direction of the valve must meet the design requirements, and the connection should be firm and tight; before the valve is installed, the appearance inspection must be carried out, and the valve name plate should comply with the provisions of the current national standard "general valve marking" (GB 12220). 5. The water pump and the water inlet / outlet of the main engine must be connected flexibly to prevent the vibration from spreading to the building. 6. Y-type filter must be added before the water inlet of water pump and main engine to prevent welding slag or impurities from damaging the equipment.
