The second part, how to install the air source heat pump correctly?
Details
Thermal insulation and anti-corrosion:
1. Pipeline and equipment foundation supports and hangers must be treated with anti-corrosion treatment, and anti rust paint shall be applied after rust removal.
2. The steel pipe should be connected by wire. When the pipe diameter is too large to be connected by wire, welding can be adopted, but the welding joint shall be painted with antirust paint.
3. The internal and external surfaces of the water tank shall be treated with anti-corrosion treatment or anti-corrosion materials. Polyurethane foam insulation shall be used between the inner and outer walls of the water tank, and the insulation thickness shall be at least 50 mm.
 
4. The hot water pipe must be insulated, and the outdoor insulation thickness should be at least 25 mm, and its insulation materials should meet the national standards.
Pipeline: water pipe insulation and anti-corrosion
Electrical installation:
1. The centralized controller should be installed in the place where it is easy to observe and operate, and should not be installed in the place with water and humidity.
2. All the connecting wires in the outdoor host have been installed before leaving the factory. There is no need to connect them again at the user's place. Only check whether the connecting wires are connected normally and whether there is damage or falling off.
3. The wire connecting the temperature probe, central controller and water level sensor is not long enough, and the connection can be lengthened. Pay attention to the binding and waterproof insulation of the connection.
4. If all connecting wires are checked and installed correctly, the power can be transmitted. After pressing the switch to power on, the display screen will display normally.
Electrical installation: the electric control box should be waterproof and wiring standard.
The strong current and the weak current shall be wired separately.
Commissioning after completion of the project:
1) After the installation of ventilation and air conditioning engineering, the system must be measured and adjusted (referred to as commissioning). The system commissioning shall include the following items:
A. The commissioning and commissioning of single equipment shall meet the following requirements:
The impeller of fan and air conditioning unit shall rotate in correct direction and operate stably without abnormal vibration and sound. The motor operating power shall meet the requirements of equipment technical documents. After 2 hours of continuous operation at rated speed, the maximum temperature of sliding bearing shell shall not exceed 70 ℃, and that of rolling bearing shall not exceed 80 ℃;
B. The rotation direction of the pump impeller is correct, without abnormal vibration and sound, and the fastening connection parts are not loose. The motor operation power value meets the requirements of the equipment technical documents. After 2 hours of continuous operation of the pump, the maximum temperature of the sliding bearing shell shall not exceed 70 ℃, and that of the rolling bearing shall not exceed 75 ℃;
2) The joint commissioning and commissioning of the system without production load shall meet the following requirements:
A. The deviation between the test results of the total flow of cold and hot water and cooling water should not be more than 10% from the design flow;
B. When the air-cooled heat pump and other equipment are running, the noise generated should not exceed the specified value in the product performance specification;
C. During the test run, the linkage of equipment and main components must meet the design requirements, and the actions should be coordinated and correct without abnormal phenomena;
D. When multiple heat pump water heaters are used in parallel, the difference of water output of each heat pump shall not be greater than 10%
