Fault 1. The fan does not turn
Cause of occurrence:
1. power failure
2. Forgot to plug in the power supply
3. Low voltage
4. Wrong wiring or loose connection terminals
5. Motor failure
6. Bad capacitor
7. Poor switch contact
Exclusion method:
1, find out the reason or wait for reply
2. Insert the plug
3. Find out the reason
4. Check the circuit with a multimeter and repair it
5. Check, repair or replace with a multimeter
6. Replace
7. Repair or replacement

Fault 2: the fan turns but there is no wind or less air volume
Cause of occurrence:
1. abnormal power supply voltage
2. Reverse
3. There are obstacles at the tuyere
4. The air filter is blocked
Exclusion method:
1. Find out the reason
2. Change the wiring
3. Remove
4. Cleaning Fault 3. The wind is not cold (or hot)
Cause of occurrence:
1. there is air in the coil pipe
2. The water supply circulation stops
3. The regulating valve is closed
4. The valve is blocked by foreign matter
Exclusion method:
1. discharge air from the exhaust valve
2. Check the water pump
3. Open the regulating valve
4. Take out the foreign matter

Fault 4. Dew on the outside of the chassis
Cause of occurrence:
1. the internal insulation is damaged
2. When the chassis is assembled, it contacts with flame and the insulation layer burns down
3. There is leakage of cold air
4. There are conditions causing condensation indoors
Exclusion method:
1. repair
2. Don't touch the flame and repack the insulation layer
3. Repair
4. Conditions for removing condensation

Fault 5. Foreign matter blows out
Cause of occurrence:
1. Rust on the surface of fan blade due to corrosion
2. The air filter is damaged and deteriorated
3. The insulation material is damaged and deteriorated
4. There is too much dust in the unit
Exclusion method:
1. Replace the fan
2. Replace the air filter
3. Replace insulation materials
4. Clean the interior

Fault 6. Electric leakage
Cause of occurrence:
The wire is damaged and leaked
Exclusion method:
Repair the line
